Caregiver
Our PDC team will assign each childcare job based on your availability which typically can fall between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Caregivers commit to an ongoing schedule of at least 2 WEEKDAYS (and occasional weekend work may also be available); $14-$16.00/hour for all jobs. Caregivers are expected to commit to three – six consecutive months of service.
Required Skills:
A strong understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques such as redirection
Strong communication skills
Sufficient mobility and stamina to be solely responsible for providing care to active children
Education/Other Pre-requisites:
Minimum of at least two years of experience caring for children (non-relative)
Must be 18 years of age
Must have three childcare references
Transportation to reach your job is required via car or public transportation
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
